What this project needed to do well.

Trades websites often lose enquiries because the offer is too vague or trust is too weak too early. This site needed stronger service clarity around switchboards, EV chargers, lighting, smoke alarms, and fault finding, plus a more direct route toward contact.

What I built for it

I structured the site around clearer services, stronger credibility cues, owner-led trust around Ed Hollis, and a layout that helps Central Coast visitors understand the business quickly.

The overall direction supports better conversion by reducing uncertainty, increasing trust sooner, and giving local search traffic a clearer next action whether they need a quote, same-day help, or suburb-specific service information.
