Shawns Lawns Case Study: Maitland Lawn Care Website
This project focused on turning an owner-led lawn care business into a clearer local trust asset, with stronger service messaging across mowing, acreage, hedging, and garden maintenance, and a more confident first impression across Maitland and the Hunter Valley.

The business problem and the opportunity.
The website needed to build trust quickly for homeowners and businesses comparing lawn care providers, while making it easier to understand the services, service areas, and reasons to choose a fully insured local operator with 15+ years of experience.
The build focused on owner-led trust around Shawn Nonnenmacher, stronger structure around residential and commercial mowing, acreage work, hedging and pruning, and garden maintenance, plus clearer local signals and CTA paths for free quotes.
The strategy centred on practical reassurance. The page flow was shaped to surface insurance, industry experience, reliable scheduling, and service-area relevance early so visitors could move from interest toward a quote request with less hesitation.
The finished site was designed to support stronger local trust, clearer service understanding, and a faster path into quote enquiries without claiming results that haven't been measured.

A review can help surface what's missing in the trust layer, where the service structure is too thin, and what would create a stronger local enquiry path.
