Lilac HVAC Case Study: Air Conditioning Website for Trust and Quote Enquiries
This project focused on turning an owner-led HVAC business into a clearer local trust asset, with stronger service messaging, practical urgency for repair intent, and a more confident first impression across Central Coast and Lake Macquarie service areas.

The business problem and opportunity behind the project.
The website needed to build trust quickly for homeowners and businesses comparing air conditioning providers, while also making it easier to understand the services, local coverage, and reasons to call Lilac instead of a larger, less personal operator.
The build focused on owner-led trust around Gary Lui, stronger structure around installation, repairs, ducted systems, and maintenance, plus clearer local signals and CTA paths for free quotes and same-day emergency response.
The strategy centred on practical reassurance. The page flow was shaped to surface licensing, authorised-installer credentials, fixed-price language, reviews, and service-area relevance early so visitors could move from uncertainty toward contact with less hesitation.
The finished site was designed to support stronger local trust, clearer service understanding, and a faster path into quote requests or emergency repair calls without claiming results that haven't been measured.

A review can help surface what's missing in the trust layer, where the service structure is too thin, and what would create a stronger local enquiry path.
